Nobody wants to leave the shop without receiving the service they were super excited for, therefore I want to make sure all your ducks are in a row!

If you are over 18yrs old: A valid physical government issued I.D is required!

That means no pictures of your I.D and it can't be expired!

If the client is a minor: A legal guardian MUST be present at the time of appointment. Guardian must have a valid government issued photo I.D, minor must also have a form of photo I.D. This could be a school I.D, passport, or SmileSafe card. If you do not have any of these forms of photo identification, please reach out and we can brainstorm. If legal guardian and minor have DIFFERENT last names, a birth certificate or guardianship paperwork is REQUIRED.

Because Dragon's Den Piercing is appointment based and a one woman show, there is a strictly enforced late policy. Realistically, if a client is any later than 5min, the rest of the day snowballs to the whole day being outta whack! If you're going to be more than 5min late, please reach out so I can find a time that works for both of us to reschedule.

In a similar way, a no-show client is a bad client. Of course things comes up so as long as you communicate that, I'm a happy camper!
